Unfortunately it is all too common for providers to use a "no news is good news" approach to patient follow-up. Research indicates that 25% of orthotic patients in Ontario are not pleased with the product they received or the outcome. Medical professionals cannot predict exactly how the body will respond to such a corrective device. Subsequently, Ortho-Care's 5 week follow-up phone call often has a significant effect on patient wellness. There is a 6 in 7 chance patient results will match our averages below. If not, we urgently reassess and adjust the orthotic on the spot in our onsite clinic (this is always free of charge). We then restart this 5 week cycle.
The following data represents each and every client, regardless of the initial cause of their pain (sports injuries, car accident victims etc. are all included in these results).
ALL DATA IS BASED ON A DIRECT QUOTE FROM THE CLIENT.
Ortho-Care Precision Orthotics Inc. welcomes an independent audit
of this data at any time.
Web site will be updated annually. Please contact us for more recent results.
